Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the (last) goods.
How to withdraw
Inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement: with the form below, by e-mail to [email protected] or by post to Sitora, Diestsesteenweg 229, 3300 Tienen, Belgium. You will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail. You do not have to give a reason.
Sending the goods back
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us about your withdrawal, to Sitora, Diestsesteenweg 229, 3300 Tienen, or bring them back to the shop. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. See Shipping & returns for packaging and condition requirements.
Refund
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment as for your purchase, unless you expressly ask otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied proof of having sent them back. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:
- goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised (for example made-to-measure windows, doors and gates, products cut or sawn to size);
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;
- purchases by professional customers (companies, self-employed) for their business.
