Sitora processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- handling your order, payment and delivery, and managing your customer account, work sites, quotes and invoices (performance of the contract);

- the payment provider that processes your online payment;
- our accountant and the competent authorities.
We enter into the necessary agreements with our processors to protect your data.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device. On your first visit, a banner asks which cookies you accept. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Your choice is kept for 6 months.
- Necessary (always on): cart and session, signing in to your customer account, language, private/professional choice, mobile or desktop view and your cookie choice.
- Statistics (only with your consent): we record the pages and products you view, your searches on our website, what you add to your cart and which website, search engine or ad brought you to us. This helps us improve our range and see which channels work. If you place an order, this journey is linked to your order. We use our own statistics (stored on our server at OVHcloud, for up to 13 months), Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland) and Microsoft Clarity (recordings of mouse movements and clicks, without what you type in forms).
- Marketing (only with your consent): Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) measure whether an ad led to a visit or purchase, and may later show you relevant Sitora ads.
Searches on our website are also counted anonymously (only the search term and the number of results, with no data about the visitor), to see which products people look for.
Google, Microsoft and Meta may process data in the United States; these companies participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More: the privacy policies of Google, Microsoft and Meta. Pages with a map load Google Maps. You can also refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict processing, to withdraw your consent, to object to processing and to data portability. Send your request to [email protected]. We may ask you to prove your identity; in that case, black out the photo and national register number on your ID. We reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels – www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
