Point 96 assembly adhesive

Description

Universal ultra-transparent synthetic rubber-based adhesive with quick initial tack. It is recommended for bonding many building materials during repairs and construction work. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

After curing, it forms an elastic and extremely strong bond. Tensile strength (adhesion force) – 23 kg/cm². The yield of one cartridge is approximately 10 m of bead.

Instructions for use – all surfaces must be dust-free, clean, and free from grease and oil. Cut off the tip of the cartridge and screw on the supplied nozzle. Place the cartridge in the caulking gun and fill the nozzle with adhesive by pressing the gun trigger several times.

Apply the adhesive in strips or dots onto one of the surfaces to be bonded. Press the surfaces together and separate them again for 3-5 minutes. Then reconnect them by pressing firmly. During the first 2-3 minutes, minor adjustments are possible without separating the parts.

Application temperature from +10°C to +30°C. Residues of uncured adhesive can be wiped off with a cloth; cured adhesive can be removed mechanically. The film forms in 10-15 minutes. Fully cured in 48-72 hours. Suitable for indoor and outdoor work.

Temperature resistance after curing -20°C to +60°C.
