Description

Push button N.O. or N.C. with 4 terminals, 10 A/250 Vac, screwless terminals. The push button contains block-shaped silver contacts (cadmium-free) which are arranged in a cross shape. The contact sockets are equipped with screwless terminals for clamping the wires. The mechanism is also provided with a fourth additional terminal that allows a lighting unit to be connected. All terminals are located on the top of the base and can hold up to 2 x 2.5 mm² of wire. The stripping length (8 mm) of the wires and the connection diagram are indelibly marked on the back of the base. The terminal marking and the wiring symbol are indelibly marked on the front. The base is provided with two rectangular recesses at the bottom for the integration of a lighting element. A lighting element with wires or an automatic lighting element can be clicked into the left recess (front view). At the rear, the base is provided with circular cutouts that ensure that the automatic lighting element makes direct contact with the mechanism when clicked in, and is thus also immediately connected correctly.

When mounting in a flush-mounting box, screws are used. The mounting frame has a metal thickness of 1 mm and is galvanized on all sides after cutting, including the cut edges. The mounting frame has 4 entry slots on the horizontal and vertical axis for mounting in flush-mounting boxes with screws. These entry slots have a screw hole of 7 mm. For mounting on panels, the mounting frame is provided with 4 screw holes (indicated with a screw symbol) with a diameter of 3 mm. The center of the mounting frame is indicated, both horizontally and vertically (chalk line, laser, etc.), so that the assembly of one or more mechanisms can be smooth and simple. On all sides, the base has upward-folded dovetails so that coupling multiple bases (center distance 71 x 71 mm) both horizontally and vertically is fast and perfect. The upward-folded edges on the outside of the base as well as the inward protrusion provide extra robustness. The 4 rectangular openings (7 x 2.5 mm) in the mounting frame can compensate for a gap of 1 to 1.2 mm if the flush-mounting box protrudes from the plaster. With such a gap, the cover plate can still fit perfectly against the wall.
