ProMAX Pro Stop Fire (fire-rated foam)

Description

ProMAX Pro Stop Fire is a polymerized mixture that cures due to atmospheric humidity and is packaged in an aerosol can. This 1-component fire-retardant polyurethane assembly foam is manufactured according to formula VFP0002/P. The cured foam ensures good thermal and acoustic insulation. The assembly foam also offers excellent adhesion and bonds most building materials, with the exception of Teflon, polyethylene, and silicone surfaces. The cured foam cannot withstand UV rays or sunlight. Fire resistance was tested according to European standards GOST 30247.0-94 and DIN 4102-1 Fire class B1

Instructions for use

Ambient temperature during use: from +5°C to +30°C; optimal results are achieved at a temperature of +20°C.
Temperature of the aerosol can during application: from +10°С to +25°С; optimal results are achieved at a temperature of +20°C.
Surfaces must be cleared of dust and grease and cleaned before joining. Fresh foam residue can be removed with acetone; cured foam must be removed mechanically. The cured foam can be painted.
